About Ace Instruments
We design and manufacture clean room, flameproof, indoor air quality and process control instrumentation for pharma, bulk drug, hospital and HVAC facilities, built to ISO 9001:2015 standards with CE marking across our range.
Where we started
Mr. Jagdish Sachdeva founded Ace Instruments in 1991 after years spent maintaining engineering and instrumentation systems across pharma and bulk drug plants. He kept running into the same problem: the process control instrumentation available in India at the time didn't hold up. So he started designing and building it himself, with a founding team of three engineering graduates.
His son, Mr. Chetan Sachdeva, took that founding idea and scaled it. The team now runs more than 50 strong across engineering and science graduates, and the company carries 35+ years of field experience into every instrument it ships, from the sensor level up.
Manufacturing runs across two facilities today. Our Unit 1 plant in Kukatpally, Hyderabad handles design, development and manufacture across our full instrumentation range. Our second unit, AcePro Instruments Industries Pvt Ltd, is coming up at ALEAP IE, Pragathi Nagar, supporting clients globally with process instrumentation solutions across industries, with world-class manufacturing, shorter lead times and reliable support.
Every product line, whether it's a cleanroom differential pressure gauge or a flameproof temperature transmitter, is designed against the same brief: solve a real problem faced by a maintenance or instrumentation team on the ground, and build it to last in the field.

Establishment of second manufacturing unit, AcePro Instruments Industries Pvt Ltd, at ALEAP IE, Pragathi Nagar (10,000+ Sq. Ft) dedicated to manufacturing process control instrumentation in compliance with global standards.
